Want an app to make managing your projects simpler? It could be a software app, a new business idea or just a hobby at home. Blueprint is what you need.

Blueprint has been designed to take advantage of Agile principles for building software. These principles can be applied to any project to make your work clearer and more effective.

First add some tickets and then create a sprint for them. A sprint will be the work you will be doing for the next 1-2 weeks. Start the sprint, then start working on the tickets, moving them between the different states as you go. Tickets can have updates added to them as you go along to keep track of what has changed since you started. Once done, complete the sprint. Any work that was not completed will move to the next sprint. Over time, you will become a Blueprint ninja, effortlessly adding work, scheduling it in and delivering value on a known timescale.

Features

Use right in your browser, login with your free Barking Universe account and get started right away.
Add any number of projects. Projects can be marked as completed or abandoned when done.
A list of upcoming tickets, which can be ordered manually so you can have the most important items at the top.
Tickets can be added to sprints to easily plan work.
A dedicated page for the active sprint which shows tickets in state columns to make it super clear what stage you are at in the sprint.
A page showing completed/discarded tickets.
Separate page that lists all of your epics, allowing you to group tickets over multiple sprints. Epics can also be completed/abandoned.
Add comments to your tickets so you can update on what has changed since the ticket was created/worked on.
Set story points on your tickets to estimate how complicated they are. You can then learn over time how much work you can do in a sprint.
Three priorities on tickets, normal, low and high. High priority tickets show in red.
Ability to block tickets. Blocked tickets show in red.
Plus all the other stuff you would expect, searching, filtering, attachments, checklists etc.
